Contract Data definition

Contract Data means any information provided in the tender document and agreed to by the Bidder.
Contract Data means the pages completed by the Procuring Agency entitled contract data which constitute Part A of the Particular Conditions.
Contract Data means the documents and other information which comprise the Contract.
