Conditional Use Permit definition

Conditional Use Permit or “CUP” means a conditional use permit issued under this chapter.
Conditional Use Permit means a permit issued pursuant to Section 1.14 of this Ordinance.

More Definitions of Conditional Use Permit

Conditional Use Permit means the official document or permit by which an Applicant is allowed to file for a building permit to construct and use Wireless Telecommunications Facilities as granted or issued by the City.
