The Contractor will keep and retain records relating to this Agreement and will make such records available to representatives of the County and the Federal Government, including without limitation the sponsoring federal agency, other participating agencies, and the Comptroller General of the United States, at reasonable times during the performance of this Agreement and for at least five years after termination of this Agreement for purposes of audit, inspection, copying, transcribing and abstracting.
Contractor and Purchasing Entity acknowledge and agree that no language in this Contract is intended to prohibit audits or internal reviews by the FEMA Administrator or the Comptroller General of the United States.
