Compounded Rate Terms definition

Compounded Rate Terms means in relation to:
Compounded Rate Terms means the terms set out in Schedule 13 (Compounded Rate Terms) or in any Compounded Rate Supplement.
Compounded Rate Terms means the terms set out in Schedule 12 (Compounded Rate Terms) or in any Compounded Rate Supplement.

Examples of Compounded Rate Terms in a sentence

  • If the Bank makes such an election then in the event of any inconsistency or conflict with the Compounded Rate Terms and the compounded rate terms relating to that derivative transaction, the compounded rate terms relating to that derivative transaction shall prevail over the Compounded Rate Terms and shall apply on and from the date as specified in the written notification as mentioned above.

  • If there are rules specified as 'Business Day Conventions' in the Compounded Rate Terms, those rules shall apply to each Interest Period for that Loan.

  • If the Borrower fails to deliver a Selection Notice to the Bank in accordance with paragraph (b) above, the relevant Interest Period will, subject to Clause 4.2 ( Changes to Interest Periods) of this Annexure, be the period specified in the Compounded Rate Terms.

  • Any rules specified as “Business Day Conventions” in the Compounded Rate Terms shall apply to each Interest Period.

  • If an amount is specified as Break Costs in the Compounded Rate Terms, the Borrower shall, within three Business Days of demand by the Bank, pay to the Bank its Break Costs (if any) attributable to all or any part of a Facility or Unpaid Sum being paid by the Borrower on a day prior to the last day of an Interest Period for that Facility or Unpaid Sum.

  • Subject to this Clause 4 of this Annexure, the Borrower may select an Interest Period of any period specified in the Compounded Rate Terms or of any other period agreed between the Borrower and the Bank in relation to the relevant Facility.

More Definitions of Compounded Rate Terms

Compounded Rate Terms means in relation to: (a) a Compounded Rate Currency; (b) a Compounded Rate Advance or related Unpaid Sum in a Compounded Rate Currency; (c) an Interest Period for a Compounded Rate Advance or Unpaid Sum in a Compounded Rate Currency (or other period for the accrual of commission or fees in a Compounded Rate Currency); or (d) any term of this Agreement relating to the determination of a rate of interest in relation to a Compounded Rate Advance or Unpaid Sum in a Compounded Rate Currency, the terms set out for that currency in Schedule 10 (Compounded Rate Terms) or in any Compounded Rate Supplement. "Compounded Reference Rate" means, in relation to any RFR Banking Day during the Interest Period of a Compounded Rate Advance, the percentage rate per annum which is the aggregate of: (a) the Daily Non-Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate for that RFR Banking Day; and (b) the applicable Credit Adjustment Spread. "Compounding Methodology Supplement" means, in relation to the Daily Non-Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate, a document which: (a) is agreed in writing by the Obligors’ Agent, the Facility Agent (in its own capacity) and the Facility Agent (acting on the instructions of the Majority Lenders); (b) specifies a calculation methodology for that rate; and

Related to Compounded Rate Terms

  • Fixed Rate Term means a period commencing on a Business Day and continuing for 1, 2 or 3 months, as designated by Borrower, during which all or a portion of the outstanding principal balance of this Note bears interest determined in relation to LIBOR; provided however, that no Fixed Rate Term may be selected for a principal amount less than $100,000.00; and provided further, that no Fixed Rate Term shall extend beyond the scheduled maturity date hereof. If any Fixed Rate Term would end on a day which is not a Business Day, then such Fixed Rate Term shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.

  • Base Rate Term Loan means any portion of the Term Loan during any period in which it bears interest based on the Base Rate.

  • Subsequent Fixed Rate Period means for the initial Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on April 1, 2022 and ending on and including March 31, 2027 and for each succeeding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period and ending on and including March 31 in the fifth year thereafter.

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Interest Rate Period means any Daily Interest Rate Period, Weekly Interest Rate Period, Short-Term Interest Rate Period, Long- Term Interest Rate Period or ARS Interest Rate Period.

  • Initial Fixed Rate Period means the period commencing on the Issue Date and ending on and including June 30, 2020.

  • LIBOR-Based Rate means, with respect to each Interest Period, the per annum interest rate equal to the London Interbank Offered Rate which appears on Telerate Page 3750 at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) two LIBOR Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period for deposits of United States dollars for a period of time comparable to the Interest Period, and in an amount comparable to the principal amount of the Loan, plus 0.35%.

  • Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.

  • Daily Non-Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate means, in relation to any U.S. Government Securities Business Day during a Floating Rate Interest Period for a Loan (or any part of it), the percentage rate per annum determined by the Facility Agent in accordance with the methodology set out in Schedule 15B (Daily Non-Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate) or in any relevant Compounding Methodology Supplement.

  • Interest Rate Option means any LIBOR Rate Option or Base Rate Option.

  • Base Rate Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • Floating Rate Option has the meaning given to it in the ISDA Definitions;

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means, for the initial Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the period commencing on September 20, 2018 and ending on and including December 19, 2018, and thereafter the period from and including the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Quarterly Floating Rate Period to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.

  • Fixed Rate of Interest means the rate of interest payable from time to time in respect of a Fixed Rate Tier 1 BCN or during the Fixed Interest Rate Period in respect of a Fixed/Floating Rate Tier 1 BCN and that is either specified in the relevant Pricing Schedule or calculated in accordance with the provisions in the relevant Pricing Schedule.

  • SOFR-Based Rate means SOFR or Term SOFR.

  • Fixed Rate means, with respect to any Competitive Loan (other than a Eurodollar Competitive Loan), the fixed rate of interest per annum specified by the Lender making such Competitive Loan in its related Competitive Bid.

  • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.

  • Pricing Rate Period means, with respect to any Transaction and any Remittance Date (a) in the case of the first Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the Purchase Date for such Transaction and ending on and excluding the following Remittance Date, and (b) in the case of any subsequent Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the immediately preceding Remittance Date and ending on and excluding such Remittance Date; provided, however, that in no event shall any Pricing Rate Period for a Purchased Asset end subsequent to the Repurchase Date for such Purchased Asset.

  • Subsequent Rate Period means, with respect to any Series of RVMTP Shares, the period consisting of seven calendar days, but adjusted in each case to reflect any changes when the regular calendar day that is a Rate Determination Date is not a Business Day, from, and including, the first calendar day following the Initial Rate Period of such Series to, and including, the next Rate Determination Date for such Series and any period thereafter from, and including, the first calendar day following a Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series to, and including, the next succeeding Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series.

  • CB Floating Rate means the Prime Rate; provided that the CB Floating Rate shall never be less than the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day). Any change in the CB Floating Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate, respectively.

  • Revised Rate With respect to any ARD Mortgage Loan, the increased interest rate after the Anticipated Repayment Date (in the absence of a default) for such ARD Mortgage Loan, as calculated and as set forth in the related Loan Agreement.

  • Term SOFR Rate means, with respect to any Term Benchmark Borrowing and for any tenor comparable to the applicable Interest Period, the Term SOFR Reference Rate at approximately 5:00 a.m., Chicago time, two U.S. Government Securities Business Days prior to the commencement of such tenor comparable to the applicable Interest Period, as such rate is published by the CME Term SOFR Administrator.

  • Floating Rate Calculation Date means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Quarterly Floating Rate Period.
