Compounded Annual Growth Rate definition

Compounded Annual Growth Rate means the constant growth rate of TSR that yields the same compounded TSR for a given period as calculated by the Committee or a consultant engaged by the Committee or Company to make such calculation.
Compounded Annual Growth Rate means the value determined under the following mathematical formula:
Compounded Annual Growth Rate means current year Economic Income minus the prior year’s Economic Income divided by the prior year’s Economic Income.
