Competitive Bid definition

Competitive Bid means an offer by a Lender to make a Competitive Loan in accordance with Section 2.04.
Competitive Bid means a bid in terms of a competitive bidding process;
Competitive Bid means an offer by a Lender to make a Competitive Bid Loan to a Borrower pursuant to the terms of Section 2.1(b) hereof.

Examples of Competitive Bid in a sentence

  • Each Revolving Lender that has received notice pursuant to Section 2.03(g) that all or a portion of its Competitive Bid has been accepted by the Borrower shall make the amount of its Competitive Loan(s) available to the Administrative Agent in immediately available funds at the Administrative Agent’s Office not later than 1:00 p.m. on the date of the requested Competitive Borrowing.

  • Each Competitive Bid Request shall specify (i) the requested date of the Competitive Borrowing (which shall be a Business Day), (ii) the aggregate principal amount of Competitive Loans requested (which must be $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof), (iii) the Type of Competitive Loans requested, and (iv) the duration of the Interest Period with respect thereto, and shall be signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.

  • The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Revolving Lender having submitted a Competitive Bid whether or not its Competitive Bid has been accepted and, if its Competitive Bid has been accepted, of the amount of the Competitive Loan or Competitive Loans to be made by it on the date of the applicable Competitive Borrowing.

  • After each Competitive Bid auction pursuant to this Section 2.03, the Administrative Agent shall notify each Revolving Lender that submitted a Competitive Bid in such auction of the ranges of Competitive Bids submitted (without the bidder’s name) and accepted for each Competitive Loan and the aggregate amount of each Competitive Borrowing.

  • Not later than 11:00 a.m. (i) on the requested date of any Competitive Borrowing that is to consist of Absolute Rate Loans or (ii) three Business Days prior to the requested date of any Competitive Borrowing that is to consist of Term SOFR Margin Bid Loans, the Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower of the identity of each Revolving Lender that has submitted a Competitive Bid that complies with Section 2.03(c) and of the terms of the offers contained in each such Competitive Bid.
