COMMON PARTS AND PORTIONS definition

COMMON PARTS AND PORTIONS means and include lobbies, staircases, passageways. Lifts, Lift-shafts, pump rooms, machine room, water tank, and other facilities whatsoever required for maintenance and/or management of the building to be determined by the Vendor in its absolute discretion at the time of making over of the possession of the said Unit (more fully and particularly described in the THIRD SCHEDULE hereunder written).
COMMON PARTS AND PORTIONS means the common parts, portions, facilities and amenities in the said New Building (the said facilities shall be such as required for beneficial enjoyment of various flats in the New Building), such as pump, pump room, pump installations, drains, sewers, boundary walls, main gates, paths and passages driveways, staircases and lobbies, lift and water reservoir etc., in the said New Building as defined under clause (m) of Section (2) of West Bengal Housing Industry Regulation Act, 2017 (more fully and particularly mentioned and described in the Schedule- ‘D’ hereunder written).
COMMON PARTS AND PORTIONS means, and include all Equipments and Accessories and Fittings and Fixtures, provided for and or reserved in the Building and or said property appertaining thereon including the Common Areas, Common Passages, Stairs, Stair Cases, Landings, Lift, Motors, Pumps, Electrical Installations, other Fittings & Fixtures for the common use and enjoyment of the Purchaser/Purchasers, more fully and specifically described in the THIRD SCHEDULE written hereunder.

  • Common Parts The accessways, forecourts, entrance halls, corridors, landings, kitchens, staircases, common rooms, utility rooms, kitchens all other areas within the Halls and the fixtures, fittings, furniture and equipment in them which are provided by the Arts University Bournemouth for the common use by the occupiers of the Premises.

  • Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards means those certain technical requirements and standards applicable to interconnections of generation and/or transmission facilities with the facilities of an Interconnected Transmission Owner or, as the case may be and to the extent applicable, of an Electric Distributor, as published by Transmission Provider in a PJM Manual provided, however, that, with respect to any generation facilities with maximum generating capacity of 2 MW or less (synchronous) or 5 MW or less (inverter-based) for which the Interconnection Customer executes a Construction Service Agreement or Interconnection Service Agreement on or after March 19, 2005, “Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards” shall refer to the “PJM Small Generator Interconnection Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.” All Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards shall be publicly available through postings on Transmission Provider’s internet website.

  • Aboveground storage tank shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6901 et seq., as amended, of RCRA, or any applicable state or local statute, law, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, order ruling, or decree governing aboveground storage tanks.

  • Common Facility Means a place where tenants utilise the same equipment such as kitchen, laundry meeting room and or car park.

  • Applicable Permits means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project Highway during the subsistence of this Agreement;

  • Replacement cost for houses and other structures means the prevailing cost of replacing affected structures, in an area and of the quality similar to or better than that of the affected structures. Such costs will include: (a) transporting building materials to the construction site; (b) any labor and contractors’ fees; and (c) any registration costs.
