Common Depositary definition

Common Depositary has the meaning specified in Section 304.
Common Depositary. The common depositary for Euroclear, Clearstream and/or any other applicable clearing system, which will hold Common Depositary Notes on behalf of Euroclear, Clearstream and/or any such other applicable clearing system.
Common Depositary has the meaning specified in Section 3.4.

  • All notices and communications to be given to the Holders and all payments to be made to the Holders under the Notes shall be given or made only to the registered Holders (which shall be the Common Depositary or any nominee thereof in the case of a Global Note).
