Commissioner of Competition definition

Commissioner of Competition means the Commissioner of Competition appointed pursuant to the Competition Act or a person designated or authorized pursuant to the Competition Act to exercise the powers and perform the duties of the Commissioner of Competition;
Commissioner of Competition means the Commissioner of Competition appointed pursuant to Subsection 7(1) of the Competition Act or his designee.
Commissioner of Competition means the Commissioner of Competition appointed under subsection 7(1) of the Competition Act (Canada) or his/her designee.
