Commercially Operational definition

Commercially Operational means a Satellite or a transponder which is capable of carrying audio and video including associated audio traffic with the parameters as described in the Transponder Performance Specifications, and which is not Commercially Unusable. GE Americom will provide Xxxxx with test results verifying that the Transponder(s) meet the Transponder Performance Specifications.
Commercially Operational means the operation of PCS, which Sprint Spectrum has made available to the public, in a market with the minimum standards set forth in 47 CFR Part 24.203.
Commercially Operational means capable of carrying audio and video including associated audio traffic with the parameters as described in the Transponder Performance Specifications and which is not Commercially Unusable.

More Definitions of Commercially Operational

Commercially Operational means a satellite or a transponder which is carrying or capable of and available for carrying broadcast quality video and audio traffic and which is not Commercially Unusable.
Commercially Operational means a satellite or a transponder that is capable of carrying communications traffic within the parameters described in the Transponder Performance Specifications, and, in the case of a transponder, all rights of third parties to use a corresponding transponder on a predecessor satellite at the same orbital location have expired. For purposes of this definition, a "corresponding transponder" with respect to a specified transponder on the GE-4 Satellite means a transponder on a predecessor satellite the operation of which would interfere with operation of the specified transponder on the GE-4 Satellite.
Commercially Operational means a solar PV facility that is generating and selling electricity in accordance with a Power Purchase Agreement with the purchasing utility.

  • Commercially Useful Function means responsibility for the execution of a distinct element of the work of the contract, which is carried out by actually performing, managing, and supervising the work involved, evidencing the responsibilities and risks of a business owner such as negotiating the terms of (sub)contracts, taking on a financial risk commensurate with the contract or its subcontract, responsibility for acquiring the appropriate lines of credit and/or loans, or fulfilling responsibilities as a joint venture partner as described in the joint venture agreement.

  • Commercial Operations Upon satisfaction of the following conditions, the Facility shall be considered to have achieved Commercial Operations on the Day specified in Seller's written notice described below: (i) the Acceptance Test has been passed, (ii) all generating units have passed Control System Acceptance Tests, (iii) the Transfer Date has occurred, (iv) Seller has (1) provided to Company the Required Models (as defined in Section 6(a) (Seller's Obligation to Provide Models) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller)) in the form of Source Code, (2) placed the current version of the Source Code for the Required Models with the Source Code Escrow Agent as required in Section 6(b)(i)(A) (Establishment of Source Code Escrow) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller), or (3) if Seller is unable to arrange for the placement of the appropriate Source Code into the Source Code Escrow account, placed the required funds with the Monetary Escrow Agent as required in Section 6(b)(ii)(A) (Establishment of Monetary Escrow) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller), and (v) Seller provides Company with written notice that (aa) Seller is ready to declare the Commercial Operations Date and (bb) the Commercial Operations Date will occur within 24 hours (i.e., the next Day).
