Collateral Agents definition

Collateral Agents means individually the ABL Collateral Agent or the New First Lien Collateral Agent and collectively means the ABL Collateral Agent and the New First Lien Collateral Agent.
Collateral Agents means the First Lien Collateral Agent and the Second Lien Collateral Agent.
