Clinical Information definition

Clinical Information means the following information about a woman appearing in the register as part of her registered screening history—
Clinical Information means all personal information that relates to the health status of a person, the treatment of that person or the stay or visiting of that person in a health establishment.
Clinical Information means clinical, operative or other medical records and reports kept in the ordinary course of a Physician’s, Physician Group’s or Physician Organization’s business, and, where applicable, requested statements of Medical Necessity.
