Examples of Class A-3 Notes in a sentence
The Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-4 Notes, the Class B Notes and the Class C Notes (collectively, the “Notes”) are and will be equally and ratably secured by the collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture and subject to the subordination provisions therein.
No payments of principal of the Class A-4 Notes shall be made until the principal of the Class A-1 Notes and, prior to an acceleration of the Notes, the Class A-2 Notes and the Class A-3 Notes have been paid in full.
The Class A-3 Notes and the other Classes of Notes described in the Indenture (collectively, the “Notes”) are and will be equally and ratably secured by the collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture subject to the priorities of allocations as to interest and principal payments as described in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
