Class A-1A Certificates. All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-1A".

Class A-1A Certificates. The Certificates. designated as “Class A-1A” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Class A-1A Certificates. Any one of the Class A-1A Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-1 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

• Provisions contained in this agreement that are contrary to, prohibited by or invalid under applicable laws or regulations shall be deemed omitted from this document and shall not invalidate the remaining provisions thereof.

• For such purposes, the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-5 and Class A-1A Certificates collectively shall be considered to be one Class.

• With respect to the Class A-1A Certificates, all principal distributions will be distributed sequentially, to the Class A-1A1, Class A-1A2 and Class A-1A3 Certificates, in that order, until their respective Certificate Principal Balances have been reduced to zero.

• The Supplier must ensure that its Personnel are also aware that they enter any Site at their own risk.
