City Parties definition

City Parties means the City, its City Council, boards and commissions, departments, officers, agents, employees, volunteers and other representatives.

City Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 4.7.

City Parties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a) hereof.

Examples of City Parties in a sentence

• Each provision of this Agreement and other requirements with reference to the sending, mailing or delivery of any Notice, direction, Approval, instructions, request, reply, advice, confirmation and other communications (hereinafter severally and collectively called “Notice”), or with reference to the making of any payment by Owner to City Parties, shall have been complied with when and if the procedures described in this Section 21 have been complied with by the Party giving such Notice.

• Further, Owner shall remove the Suite from the manifest for all events at the Complex Site and City Parties shall be entitled to the number of tickets to any event in the Complex Site equal to the sum of the number of fixed seats and bar seats in the Suite.

• At no cost to the City Parties, Owner hereby grants City Parties exclusive ownership rights of a suite in the Complex containing not less than ten (10) seats (the “Suite”) for any event at the Complex Site, including any special events held solely for suite owners, subject to all standard policies and procedures of Owner with respect to suites and suite holders (except as otherwise provided in this Agreement).

• Owner shall have the right, from time to time, to change the individual who is an Owner Representative by giving at least ten (10) days’ prior written Notice to the City Parties thereof.

• The Suite shall be of a size and in a location reasonably acceptable to City Parties and Owner, and Owner and City Parties shall enter into an agreement promptly after the Effective Date that, subject to this Section 12.8.1, sets forth the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to the Suite.

More Definitions of City Parties

City Parties means (a) (i) the City of Westfield, Indiana, the City of Westfield Economic Development Commission, and the Westfield Redevelopment Commission, and (ii) the municipal adviser or advisers to any City Party; (b) their respective legal counsel; and (c) their successors and assigns.

City Parties means, collectively, (a) the Issuer and the Economic Development Commission, and their successors and assigns, (b) any financial advisor or legal counsel to any entity listed in subclause (a) hereof, (c) the underwriter for the Bonds, (d) the owners of the Bonds (beneficial or otherwise), and (e) the Trustee.

City Parties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.1. “Community Benefits” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

City Parties means CITY, and any successor in interest to CITY of any portion of the PROPERTY or any interest therein, and the successors, assigns, legal representatives, devisees, officers, directors, shareholders, partners, employees, contractors, tenants, and agents of each of them.

City Parties are defined in Section 10.9.

City Parties means City and its elected and appointed officials, officers, agents, employees, contractors and representatives.

City Parties means the City and its Council Members, officers, employees, contract employees retained for City operations services, agents, representatives, counsel, consultants and managers.
