City Loan Documents definition

City Loan Documents. The documents evidencing and securing each City Loan, as more particularly defined in Section 7.5(a).

City Loan Documents means the City Loan Note (Attachment No. 8B), City Deed of Trust (Attachment No. 9), Assignment of Rents (Attachment No. 10), Assignment of Agreements (Attachment No. 11), and the UCC-1 Financing Statement (Attachment No. 13).

City Loan Documents means the City Loan Subordination Agreement, the City Note, the City Deed of Trust, the City Regulatory Agreement and all other documents and instruments evidencing the City Loan, all as from time to time amended, modified or supplemented.

• City Loan Documents expressly refers to the promissory notes, deeds of trust and all other documents, approvals, waivers, opinions, policies, surveys and agreements required by the City as a term of agreeing to make a City Loan.

More Definitions of City Loan Documents

City Loan Documents means the City Loan Agreement, the City Promissory Note, the City Deed of Trust, the City Assignment of Rents and Leases, the City Assignment of Agreements, the City Environmental Indemnity, the City Regulatory Agreement, the City Guaranty and any amendments and modifications thereto.

City Loan Documents means the note, loan agreement, mortgages and other documents executed by certain of the Debtors prior to the Petition Date in conjunction with the loan from the City to SW Boston.
