  • Certified historic structure means a building that is

  • Certified household means a household that has been certified by an Administrative Agent as a low-income household or moderate-income household.

  • Serving Wire Center (SWC) means a Wire Center that serves the area in which the other Party’s or a third party’s Wire Center, aggregation point, point of termination, or point of presence is located.

  • Superstructure means the part of the bodywork which contributes to the strength of the vehicle in the event of a roll-over accident;

  • Capitol hill complex means the grounds and buildings within the area bounded by 300 North Street, Columbus Street, 500 North Street, and East Capitol Boulevard in Salt Lake City.

  • Residential structure means a premises used or intended to be used for a residence purpose and related facilities appurtenant to the premises, used or intended to be used, as an adjunct of residential occupancy.
