Certified and Minority Business Enterprises Reports. Upon Customer request, the Contractor shall report to the requesting Customer the Contractor’s spend with certified and other minority business enterprises in the provision of commodities or services related to the Customer’s orders. These reports shall include the period covered, the name, minority code, and Federal Employer Identification Number of each minority business utilized during the period; commodities and services provided by the minority business enterprise, and the amount paid to each minority business enterprise on behalf of the Customer.

Certified and Minority Business Enterprises Reports. Upon state agency request, the Contractor shall report to each state agency, spend with certified and other minority business enterprises in the provision of commodities or services related to the state agency orders. These reports shall include the period covered; the name, minority code, and Federal Employer Identification Number of each minority business enterprise utilized during the period; commodities and services provided by the minority business enterprise; and the amount paid to each minority business enterprise on behalf of thestate agency.

  • Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises Compliance Award of this Contract was based, in part, on the Minority and/or Women’s Business Enterprise (“MBE” and/or “WBE”) participation plan as detailed in the Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises Subcontractor Commitment Form, commonly referred to as “Attachment A” in the procurement documentation and incorporated by reference herein. Therefore, any changes to this information during the Contract term must be approved by MWBE Compliance and may require an amendment. It is the State’s expectation that the Contractor will meet the subcontractor commitments during the Contract term. The Contractor shall report payments made to Division certified subcontractors under this Contract on a monthly basis using Pay Audit.   • Women- and Minority-Owned Businesses (W/MBE) The Subrecipient will use its best efforts to afford small businesses, minority business enterprises, and women’s business enterprises the maximum practicable opportunity to participate in the performance of this contract. As used in this cataract, the terms “small business” means a business that meets the criteria set forth in section 3(a) of the Small Business Act, as amended (15 U.S.C. 632), and “minority and women’s business enterprise” means a business at lease fifty-one (51) percent owned and controlled by minority group members or women. For the purpose of this definition, “minority group members” are Afro- Americans, Spanish-speaking, Spanish surnamed or Spanish-heritage Americans, Asian-Americans and American Indians. The Subrecipient may rely on written representation by businesses regarding their status as minority and female business enterprises in lieu of an independent investigation.

  • Information Technology Enterprise Architecture Requirements If this Contract involves information technology-related products or services, the Contractor agrees that all such products or services are compatible with any of the technology standards found at xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/iot/2394.htm that are applicable, including the assistive technology standard. The State may terminate this Contract for default if the terms of this paragraph are breached.
