The rights, privileges, protections and indemnities afforded to the Indenture Trustee under the Indenture shall apply equally to the Indenture Trustee in its role as Paying Agent and Certificate Registrar hereunder.
The initial Certificate Registrar appointed under the Trust Agreement is the Paying Agent.
