The parties agree that the Society shall administer Short Term Sickness and Accident Leave, Medium Term Disability, Long Term Disability and occupational disability benefits in accordance with this Agreement, the Society's Plan Document and the Constitution and By-Laws of the Society.
Shares shall be deemed to be personal property giving to Shareholders only the rights provided in this Declaration of Trust, the By-Laws, and under applicable law.
