BY ALLOTTEE. The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of a [Apartment/Plot] with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said [Apartment/Plot], all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the [Apartment/Plot]/ at his/ her own cost.
BY ALLOTTEE. The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the Apartment / at his / her own cost.
BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Apartment at his/ her own cost.
BY ALLOTTEE. The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of a [Apartment] with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said [Apartment], all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the [Apartment]/ at his/ her own cost.
BY ALLOTTEE. The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of a Plot with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said Plot, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the Plot/ at his/ her own cost.
BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of Row House or the Town House Unit with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this phase/project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Row House or the Town House Unit, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Row House or the Town House Unit at his/ her own cost.
BY ALLOTTEE. The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of a flat with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said flat, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the flat at his/ her own cost.
BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of a Unit, with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this phase in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Unit all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority/as per Association of allottees in respect of the Unit, at his/ her own cost. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to be or shall be construed as a grant, demise or assignment in law of the Building, Project or Common Areas or any part thereof.
BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this Agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Apartment & Project.
BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this Agreement for the allotment of the Country Home with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project.
