Business Data definition

Business Data means all business information and data, including Personal Information (whether of employees, contractors, consultants, customers, consumers, or other persons and whether in electronic or any other form or medium) that is accessed, collected, used, stored, shared, distributed, transferred, disclosed, destroyed, disposed of or otherwise processed by any of the Business Systems or otherwise in the course of the conduct of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Business Data means recorded information, regardless of the form or method of the recording, including specific business data contained in a computer database, of a financial, administrative, cost or pricing, or management nature, or other information incidental to contract administration or protected from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. §552(b)(4).
Business Data means all business information and data, including Personal Information (whether of employees, contractors, consultants, customers, consumers, or other persons and whether in electronic or any other form or medium) that is accessed, collected, used, processed, stored, shared, distributed, transferred, disclosed, destroyed, or disposed of by any of the Business Systems or otherwise in the course of the conduct of the business of the Company.

Examples of Business Data in a sentence

  • Seller shall, and shall cause its Affiliates to, preserve, in accordance with Seller’s, or its applicable Affiliates’, standard document retention policies and until the earlier to occur of (i) such date as such books and records are transferred to Buyer or its Affiliates or (ii) the end of the Retention Period, all pre-Closing Date books and records of the Acquired Companies and the Business (including any Business Data) that have not been transferred to Buyer.


More Definitions of Business Data

Business Data means confidential or proprietary data, databases, data compilations and data collections (including customer databases) technical, business and other information, including Personal Data;

Business Data means all data, information, and works of authorship in any medium collected, generated, or used in the conduct of the Parent or Merger Sub, including all proprietary information of or relating to the Parent or Merger Sub and all Personal Information in the possession, custody, or control of the Company, any Company Subsidiary, or otherwise held or processed on the Company’s or any Company Subsidiary’s behalf.
