BQS Cluster definition

BQS Cluster means a set of 164 BQS or actual number of available BQS in a cluster handed over to the Concessionaire by GMCBL for implementation of the Project.

Examples of BQS Cluster in a sentence

  • The Concession hereby granted is for a period of five (5) years commencing from the Handing Over Date for the BQS Cluster during which the Concessionaire is authorised to implement the Project and to operate Project Facilities in accordance with the provisions hereof (hereinafter referred to as the “Concession Period”).

  • All the right, title and interest in the Bus Queue Shelters comprising the BQS Cluster as set out in Schedule 1 /Project Site(s) shall continue to vest with the GMCBL.

  • Any delay in installation of the PIS Boards on any BQS forming part of the BQS Cluster shall lead to forfeiture of Performance Security and withdrawal of the Advertisement Rights and Maintenance Obligations for the said BQS Cluster.
