Borrowing Date definition

Borrowing Date any Business Day specified by the Borrower as a date on which the Borrower requests the relevant Lenders to make Loans hereunder.

  • Subject to Section 2.15, the aggregate amount of each borrowing by a Borrower under the Commitments on any Borrowing Date shall be in an amount equal to $100,000 or a whole multiple of $100,000 in excess thereof (or, if the then Available Commitments are less than $100,000, such lesser amount).
