Examples of Borrower in a sentence
In case of any event of default, without prejudice to any other right of the Bank provided herein, the Bank shall be entitled to set off its dues against any monies in its possession/ control and due from it to the Borrower whether by way of deposits or otherwise.
The Borrower hereby authorise the Bank to apply any credit balance to w hich the Borrower may be entitled under any loan/ facility(ies), in satisfaction of any sum due and payable herein but remaining unpaid.
The disbursement shall be made by the Bank through a credit to a designated bank account or by issuing a banker's pay order or a demand draft crossed as "A/c payee only" at the discretion of the Bank considering the request of the Borrower, details whereof are specified in the Schedule hereto.
Relying on the representations, covenants and undertaking of the Borrower set forth herein the Bank agrees to lend to the Borrower a sum stated in the Schedule to this Agreement.
The Borrower Payment Amount and any other funds provided to the Settlement Administrator for these purposes under paragraph 6 of this Section shall be administered in accordance with the terms set forth in Exhibit B.
