Bid Documents definition

Bid Documents means all the documents issued by the Chief Procurement Officer, or referenced by the Chief Procurement Officer as being available on the City's website and incorporated by such reference, in connection with an invitation for bids or proposals. Except for such Bid Documents as are posted on the City's website and incorporated by reference, all Bid Documents must be submitted by a bidder on the Bid Opening Date.
Bid Documents means all documents which are, prior to the delivery of the bid or delivered to the Bidder for the purpose of his bid and includes the Conditions of Bid, the General Conditions, the Special Conditions, the Specification and all relevant drawings, patterns and samples the Form of Bid and all documents referred to in the foregoing, or specified as being available for inspection by the Bidder. The Bid documents must be read as a whole.
Bid Documents means all the documents issued to the bidder to procure works/services/materials.

Examples of Bid Documents in a sentence

  • Each bid must be submitted on the Bid Form(s) provided in Bid Documents along with the other documents required, including but not limited to the Drug Free Affidavit as required by T.C.A. § 50-9-113, and either accompanied by a Bid Bond Form, properly executed on the form provided or a Certified Check or Cashier’s Check drawn on a National or Tennessee Bank in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price.

  • The Contractor’s Questionnaire is included in the Bid Documents and shall be submitted upon request within 72 hours.

Bid Documents means the RFP and the Agreement including its schedules;
