Beds in Abeyance definition

Beds in Abeyance means LTCH beds licensed or approved by the MOHLTC, for which the LTC Health Service Provider has obtained written permission from the Director, Licensing and Policy Branch, in accordance with the LTCHA for the beds not to be available for occupancy. “Construction Funding Subsidy per diem” or “CFS per diem” means any per diem funding paid pursuant to a Development Agreement.
Beds in Abeyance means LTCH beds licensed or approved by the MLTC, for which the LTC HSP has obtained written permission from the Director under x. 104 of the LTCHA for the beds not to be available for occupancy.
