Basic Documents definition

Basic Documents means this Agreement, the Certificate of Trust, the Trust Agreement, the Purchase Agreement, the Indenture, the Asset Representations Review Agreement, the Underwriting Agreement and other documents and certificates delivered in connection therewith.

Basic Documents means this Agreement, the Certificate of Trust, the Purchase Agreement, the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the Indenture, the Underwriting Agreement, the Asset Representations Review Agreement and the other documents and certificates delivered in connection therewith, as the same may be amended, restated or supplemented from time to time.

Basic Documents means this Indenture, the Certificate of Trust, the Trust Agreement (as amended), the Purchase Agreement, the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the Underwriting Agreement, the Asset Representations Review Agreement and other documents and certificates delivered in connection therewith.

Examples of Basic Documents in a sentence

• Unless otherwise stated in any of the Basic Documents, as the case may be, in the computation of a period of time from a specified date to a later specified date, the word “from” means “from and including” and the words “to” and “until” each means “to but excluding”.
