Examples of Asset Disposition in a sentence

  • If any Asset Disposition is consummated by any US Obligor, such US Obligor shall deliver the Net Proceeds of such Asset Disposition to Agent for application to the Obligations or Cash Collateralization of the Obligations, as determined by Agent.
