Area of Interest has the meaning set forth in Section 7;
Area of Interest means the area described in Exhibit B.
Examples of Area of Interest in a sentence
If, during the Option Period, the Optionors or any of their respective Affiliates (an “Acquiring Party”) records or otherwise acquires any interest in Mineral Claims located wholly or partly within the Area of Interest (the “AOI Rights”), the Acquiring Party shall forthwith give notice to the Optionee of such recording or acquisition, the costs thereof and all details in its possession with respect to the nature of the Mineral Claims and the known mineralization thereon.

Area of Interest means the area described in Exhibit B, as such may amended from time to time by CWEI.
