Approval to Install definition

Approval to Install. – means written notification that the Small Generator Facility is conditionally approved for installation contingent upon the terms and conditions of the Interconnection Request, and the EDC may provide such conditional approval by furnishing to Interconnection Customer an EDC-executed copy of the Interconnection Agreement.

Examples of Approval to Install in a sentence

  • The Interconnecting Customer may proceed to construct the Facility once the Approval to Install the Facility has been signed by the Company.

  • The Interconnecting Customer may proceed to construct the Facility in compliance with the specifications of its Application once the Approval to Install the Facility has been signed by the Company.

Related to Approval to Install

  • Application Approval Date means the date that the Application is approved by the Board of Trustees of the District and as further identified in Section 2.3.B of this Agreement.

  • Approval Date means the date on which the Plan is approved by the Company’s stockholders.

  • Non-Approval Event means, in respect of the Benchmark:

  • Initial approval means authorization to admit students and enter into contractual agreements for clinical facilities. It is granted only after an application has been submitted, reviewed and a survey visit made by the Board. No students shall be admitted to the program until the institution has received written notification that initial approval has been granted. Failure to comply will delay initial approval.

  • Final Approval Date means the date on which the Court enters the Final Order and Judgment.

  • Install means the complete installation of any item, equipment or material.

  • Existing installation means an installation, construction of which began prior to the effective date of any regulation having application to it.

  • Signage means advertising displays, hoardings, Glow signs, neon signs, LED signs, LCD signs, any digital signs, any sort of display intended to convey information and described in the schedule.

  • Structural alteration means an Alteration that (i) will result in a change in the footprint of the Improvements, (ii) involves the addition of one or more floors to the Improvements, (iii) affects the structural elements or any exterior walls of the Improvements, (iv) decreases the rentable square footage of the Leased Premises other than to a de minimis extent or (v) adversely affects the proper functioning and/or capacity of the building systems in the Improvements.

  • NDA Approval means the Approval of an NDA by the FDA for a Product in the U.S.

  • Preliminary Approval Date means the date on which the Court enters the Preliminary Approval Order.

  • Final Approval Hearing means the hearing before the Court where the Parties will request the Final Judgment to be entered by the Court approving the Settlement Agreement, the Fee Award, and the incentive award to the Class Representative.

  • Building, structure, facility, or installation means all of the pollutant-emitting activities which belong to the same industrial grouping, are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under the control of the same person (or persons under common control) except the activities of any vessel.   • Lobby means a covered space in which all the adjoining rooms open;

  • Structural Alterations means any Alterations involving the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety or heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems of the Building.

  • offshore installation means any installation which is intended for underwater exploitation of mineral resources or exploration with a view to such exploitation;

  • drainage installation means a system situated on any premises and vested in the owner thereof and is used for or intended to be used for or in connection with the reception, storage, treatment or conveyance of sewage on that premises to the connecting point and includes drains, fittings, appliances, septic tanks, conservancy tanks, pit latrines and private pumping installations forming part of or ancillary to such systems;

  • MAA Approval means approval by the EMEA of a marketing authorization application (“MAA”) filed with the EMEA for the applicable Licensed Product under the centralized European procedure. If the centralized EMEA filing procedure is not used, MAA Approval shall be achieved upon the first Approval for the applicable Licensed Product in any two of the following countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain or the United Kingdom.
