Applicable Withholding Agent has the meaning set forth in Section 2.18(a).

Applicable Withholding Agent has the meaning set forth in Section 2.18(a). “Approved Fund” means any Person (other than a natural person or a holding company, investment vehicle or trust for, or owned and operated for the primary benefit of a natural person) that is engaged in making, purchasing, holding or investing in bank loans and similar extensions of credit in the ordinary course of its business and that is administered or managed by (a) a Lender, (b) an Affiliate of a Lender or (c) an entity or an Affiliate of an entity that administers or manages a Lender.
Applicable Withholding Agent means with respect to a payment made under any Loan Document, the Borrower, a Loan Party or the Administrative Agent if such Person is obligated to withhold U.S. federal tax from such payment under the Code.

  • Withholding Agent means any Loan Party and the Administrative Agent.

  • Determination Agent means Calculation Agent Services LLC and any successor or replacement thereto or any other entity appointed as determination agent in accordance with the terms of the Determination Agency Agreement.

  • Applicable Wages means the basic straight time wages for all hours worked, including:
