AOL Network definition

AOL Network means (i) The AOL Properties, and (ii) any other product, service or property owned, operated, distributed or authorized to be distributed by or through AOL or any AOL Affiliate worldwide (and including those properties excluded within the definition of the AOL Properties). It is understood and agreed that the rights of the Parties other than AOL hereunder relate solely to the AOL Properties and not generally to the AOL Network.
AOL Network means the network that consists of the AOL Partner Network and the ATDN, as more fully described in the initial Service Order.
AOL Network as defined in the Interactive Marketing Agreement.

  • AOL may then, at its option, restrict access from the AOL Network to the Content in question using technology available to AOL.

AOL Network has the meaning set forth in the License Agreement.
AOL Network means an online network that is comprised of a variety of websites, portals and services including the AOL service, low cost ISP services, XXX.xxx, AIM, Moviefone, MapQuest and Xxxxxxxx.xxx.
AOL Network means: (a) the AOL Brand Service; (b) any other product or service owned or operated by AOL or any AOL Affiliate (including, without limitation, the Compuserve brand online and information service, XXX.xxx, and any "offline" information browsing products of AOL or AOL Affiliates), excluding mere links to Third Party products or services that are accessible through distribution channels other than the AOL Brand Service and excluding any products consisting of the Technology, or any repackaged or reengineered version of the Technology, that are distributed commercially to Third Parties other than AOL Affiliates; and (c) any other product or service distributed under the brand name of AOL or any AOL Affiliate other than under a mere trademark license of such brand name, provided that AOL or such AOL Affiliate contributes not insubstantially to the creation or development of such product or service.

AOL Network means (i) The AOL Service and (ii) any other product, service or property owned, operated, distributed or authorized to be distributed by or through AOL or its Affiliates (other than Consultant and its wholly-owned direct or indirect subsidiaries) worldwide. "AOL MEMBER" shall mean any user of the AOL Network, including authorized users (including any sub-accounts under an authorized master account) of the AOL Service. "AOL SERVICE" SHALL MEAN The standard narrow-band U.S. version of the America Online(R) brand service.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide the Service.
