Annual Subscription Fees definition

Annual Subscription Fees means the annual subscription fees set out in Schedule “A” to this Agreement.
Annual Subscription Fees means the fees payable upon admission of a member and periodical subscription payable by a member to maintain his membership with the Association as stated in Article 13 below or otherwise as determined in accordance with Article 24 from time to time and excludes any charge for the use of any particular facility from time to time fixed by the Executive Council.
Annual Subscription Fees means the annual subscription fees set out in SCHEDULE A to this Agreement.

Examples of Annual Subscription Fees in a sentence

  • Years 2,3,4 and 5 Annual Subscription Fees are due on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Ongoing Annual Subscription Fees subject to a 4% annual escalation in years 1-3 and 5% annual escalation for years 4 and 5 Professional Services Fees stated above will be invoiced based upon the milestones outlined in Schedule B.

More Definitions of Annual Subscription Fees

Annual Subscription Fees means the fees payable by Customer for the licenses granted hereunder, as set out in an Order.
