Amendments to the Existing Credit Agreement. The Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended as follows:

Section 2.
Amendments to the Existing Credit Agreement. Effective as of the date hereof, subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4 below:
