Amendment No. 3 definition

Amendment No. 3 means Amendment No. 3 to this Agreement, dated as of March 16, 2017, among the Loan Parties, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.

Amendment No. 3 means the Third Amendment to Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of May 27, 2010, among Borrower, each of the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.

• Except as modified by this Amendment No. 3, all provisions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
