Allocation Regulations definition

Allocation Regulations means Treasury Regulation Sections 1.704-1(b), 1.704-2 and 1.704-3 (including temporary regulations), as such regulations may be amended and in effect from time to time and any corresponding provisions of succeeding regulations.

Allocation Regulations means the Income Tax Regulations promulgated under Code Section 704(b) (regarding partners' distributive shares of partnership tax items), as currently in effect, and as modified and clarified by amendment, successor regulation, ruling, court decision or other Income Tax Regulation relating to partners' distributive shares.
