Allocated Share definition

Allocated Share for any month means that percentage of CMISC Reimbursable Out-of-Pocket Expenses which would be allocated to a Fund for such month in accordance with the methodology described below under the heading “Methodology of Allocating CMISC Reimbursable Out-of-Pocket Expenses.”

Allocated Share means at any time, and from time to time, an amount expressed as a percentage that is calculated by dividing the cost basis of the Property by the cost basis of all real property owned directly or indirectly by KBS REIT or the REIT Operating Partnership.

Allocated Share means an amount of Contribution Consideration that would be distributed to a Pre-Formation Participant as a Nominee of the Contributor in accordance with the provisions of the Contributor’s Organizational Documents relating to distributions of distributable net proceeds from sales of directly or indirectly owned properties or assets, and assuming the sale of the relevant Target Asset or Target Assets that are directly or indirectly owned by such entity for a value equal to such Target Asset’s or Target Assets’ respective Equity Value(s).

• Such credit shall be equal to the locational capacity price difference specified in section 5.14(i)(1) times the Export Customer's Allocated Share determined as follows: Export Customer’s Allocated Share equals (Export Path Import * Export Reserved Capacity) / (Export Reserved Capacity + Daily Unforced Capacity Obligations of all LSEs in such Zone).

Allocated Share for any month means that percentage of CSC Reimbursable Out-of-Pocket Expenses which would be allocated to the Fund for such month in accordance with the methodology described in Exhibit 1 hereto.

Allocated Share means the amount that would be allocated to a Pre-Formation Participant that is the holder of an interest in an American Assets Entity in accordance with the provisions of the existing Organizational Documents of such entity relating to distributions of distributable net proceeds from sales of directly or indirectly owned properties or assets, and assuming the sale of the relevant Target Asset or Target Assets that are directly or indirectly owned by such entity for a value equal to such Target Asset’s or Target Assets’ respective Equity Value(s). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Allocated Share of any Pre-Formation Participant shall reflect the following adjustments:

Allocated Share for any month means that percentage of CFS Reimbursable Out-of-Pocket Expenses which would be allocated to a Fund for such month in accordance with the methodology described in Exhibit 1 hereto.
