Airworthiness Certificate definition

Airworthiness Certificate means, with respect to any Aircraft, an Airworthiness Certificate issued by the FAA with respect to such Aircraft pursuant to the FARs, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, supplemented, renewed, extended, revised, or replaced.
Airworthiness Certificate means a valid, current transport category airworthiness certificate issued in respect of the Aircraft by the Aviation Authority.
Airworthiness Certificate means an FAA Standard Airworthiness Certificate (FAA Form 8100-2).

Airworthiness Certificate means a valid current airworthiness certificate issued in respect of the Aircraft by the Aviation Authority.
