Aircraft Purchase Agreement means the A320 Family Purchase Agreement dated as of October 28, 2005 between Parent and Airbus insofar as it relates to the Aircraft;

Aircraft Purchase Agreement means that certain Airbus A320 Family Purchase Agreement between Spirit Airlines, Inc. and AVSA, S.A.R.L. dated as of May 5, 2004 as amended from time to time.
