Affiliate Program definition

Affiliate Program. The program we've set up for our affiliates as described in this Agreement.

Affiliate Program means the training program that provides an approved child care pediatric first aid, CPR, or preventive health and safety training because of its association with a training program approved by the EMS Authority.

Affiliate Program means collaboration between the Company and the Affiliate whereby the Affiliate promotes the Company’s websites and creates Affiliate Links from the Affiliate Website(s) to Company’s websites. For such services the Affiliate is paid a commission depending on the generated traffic to the Company’s websites, subject to terms within this Affiliate Agreement and to the applicable product-specific Commission Structure.

Examples of Affiliate Program in a sentence

• Your participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to the Program Policies, which are incorporated herein by reference No Licenses.

• You must: (i) only use the images of our trademark that we make available to you, without altering them in any way; (ii) only use our trademarks in connection with the Affiliate Program and this Agreement; (iii) comply with our vendor kit and Trademark Usage Guidelines; and (iv) immediately comply if we request that you discontinue use.

• This Agreement is the entire agreement between us for the Affiliate Program and supersedes all other proposals and agreements, whether electronic, oral or written, between us.

• Ours in connection with the Affiliate Program and this Agreement, you grant us a royalty-free, nonexclusive, and nontransferable right to use and display your trademarks, service marks, and logos ("Affiliate Marks").

• These terms are so important that we cannot have you participate in our Affiliate Program unless you agree to them.

More Definitions of Affiliate Program

Affiliate Program means the Affiliate offering QT makes available to you as set out in this Affiliate Agreement;

Affiliate Program means any arrangement whereby any person or entity: (a) provides respondent with, or refers to respondent, potential or actual customers; or (b) otherwise markets, advertises, or offers for sale any product or service on behalf of respondent.

Affiliate Program means the Company’s Affiliate Program available to certain individuals or entities, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Affiliate Program means an Internet marketing practice that connects businesses selling products online with websites related to those products. The websites are run by third parties who sell products and services for the Internet company and in return receive a commission;

Affiliate Program means any arrangement under which any Defendant pays, or offers to pay, or provides, or offers to provide, any form of consideration to any third party, either directly or through an Affiliate Network (a) to provide any Defendant with, or refer to any Defendant, potential or actual customers; or (b) otherwise to market, advertise, or offer for sale any product, service, or program on behalf of any Defendant.

Affiliate Program means the our marketing affiliate program as described in this Agreement.

Affiliate Program is defined in the preamble of these T&Cs. “Confidential Information” is defined under Section 6.
