Adoption Agreement definition

Adoption Agreement means the written agreement pursuant to which the Employer adopts the Plan. The Adoption Agreement is a part of the Plan as applied to the Employer.

Adoption Agreement. Means the document executed by the IRA Owner through which the individual adopts this Agreement and thereby agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Adoption Agreement

Adoption Agreement means an agreement made or to be made under Section 51A(1) or 104(1) of the 1991 Act (d); "bond" means a surety granted by a developer who is a party to an adoption agreement;
