Additional Stockholders definition

Additional Stockholders shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Additional Stockholders means the stockholders of the Company who are added as parties to this Agreement pursuant to Section 10.9(a) hereof and thereafter listed on Schedule C hereto.
