Additional Partners definition

Additional Partners means the Persons admitted as additional Partners in accordance with Section 3.2(a).
Additional Partners shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.3.

More Definitions of Additional Partners

Additional Partners and "Substituted Partners" shall mean those persons subsequently admitted to the Partnership in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
