Additional Lands definition

Additional Lands means any lands required for a Modification.
Additional Lands has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 12.01.
Additional Lands means property contiguous to the real property described on - attached Exhibit A: For the purposes of this Section, real property separated from real property described on attached Exhibit A by Common Areas, public rights-of-way and/or any other public property will be deemed to be contiguous.

Examples of Additional Lands in a sentence

  • Any such relocation, amendment or abandonment shall be made by TRC as agent for and in the name of Owner, except to the extent such mining claims are part of the Additional Lands included in this Agreement pursuant to Section 1.2 and such claims are owned by a third party.

  • If TRC, in its sole and absolute discretion, elects to apply for such a patent, application shall be made in Owner's name (unless the mining claims are Additional Lands owned by a third party).

  • In the event that Owner or its affiliates (including, but not limited to, any person or entity controlling or under common control with Owner) acquires (whether by staking, leasing, purchase or otherwise) any Additional Lands within the Area of Interest during the term of this Agreement, Owner shall give written notice to Sterling of the acquisition, which notice shall include a true and complete copy of all Acquisition Documents and data relating to the Additional Lands.

  • If Sterling timely elects to include the Additional Lands acquired by Owner under this Agreement, then the Additional Lands shall be included in and subject to this Agreement as if the Additional Lands were listed in Exhibit “A” and thereafter shall be part of the Property under this Agreement.

  • Sterling may elect, by written notice to Owner within sixty (60) days following receipt of Owner’s notice, whether to include the Additional Lands under this Agreement.


More Definitions of Additional Lands

Additional Lands has the meaning given in Section 4.5 [Additional Lands] of the Agreement.
Additional Lands means the lands identified in Schedule 1;
Additional Lands means property contiguous to the real property described on attached Exhibit A. For the purposes of this Section, real property separated from real property described on attached Exhibit A by Common Areas, public rights-of-way and/or any other public property will be deemed to be contiguous. Such Additional Lands include, without limitation, the real property described on attached Exhibit B. Further, the Additional Lands include the real property described on Exhibit B together with additional real property not to exceed 10% of the total area of the Property; provided, however, that in no event may the Declarant increase the number of Lots beyond the number stated in Section 1.1.20 below.
Additional Lands means the specific lands to be added to the Lands as soon as practicable following the commencement of the Lease, being the lands described in clause 2.6 and 2.7 of the Lease and shown in light blue colour on the Land Claims Map.
Additional Lands means land other than the Real Property that may be, but need not be, added to the lands governed by this Declaration.
Additional Lands means the lands in Duval County , Florida, described on Exhibit "B" attached to this Declaration.
Additional Lands means any lands or other rights, title and interest in real property required for an Expansion, Modification or other capital improvement at the Plant. Additional Project Costs has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.4(c)(i)(A).
