Examples of Additional Amounts in a sentence
If any such withholding or deduction is so required, the Corporation will pay such additional amounts (“Additional Amounts”) as may be necessary so that the net amount received by each holder of Debentures after such withholding or deduction (including any withholding or deduction required to be made in respect of Additional Amounts) will not be less than the amount the holder would have received if such Taxes had not been withheld or deducted.
The Corporation will pay to the Debentureholder such Additional Amounts as may become payable under Section 2.11 of the Indenture.
If an Event of Default specified in Section 501(7) occurs and is continuing, then in every such case the principal of, Additional Amounts, if any, and any accrued and unpaid interest on the Outstanding Securities of any series shall become immediately due and payable without any further action on the part of the Trustee or the Holders.
The Issuer covenants and agrees for the benefit of each series of Securities that it shall duly and punctually pay the principal of and any premium and interest on the Securities of such series (and any Additional Amounts or Successor Additional Amounts in respect thereof) in accordance with the terms of the Securities and this Indenture.
