Additional Amounts definition

Additional Amounts means any additional amounts which are required hereby or by any Security, under circumstances specified herein or therein, to be paid by the Company in respect of certain taxes imposed on Holders specified herein or therein and which are owing to such Holders.
Additional Amounts means any additional amounts which are required by a Security or by or pursuant to a Board Resolution, under circumstances specified therein, to be paid by the Company in respect of certain taxes imposed on certain Holders and which are owing to such Holders.
Additional Amounts means any additional amounts required by the express terms of a Security or by or pursuant to a Board Resolution, under circumstances specified therein or pursuant thereto, to be paid by the Company with respect to certain taxes, assessments or other governmental charges imposed on certain Holders and that are owing to such Holders.

  • If any such withholding or deduction is so required, the Corporation will pay such additional amounts (“Additional Amounts”) as may be necessary so that the net amount received by each holder of Debentures after such withholding or deduction (including any withholding or deduction required to be made in respect of Additional Amounts) will not be less than the amount the holder would have received if such Taxes had not been withheld or deducted.
