Accounting Fees definition

Accounting Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(c).
Accounting Fees means the fees that become payable and the expenses and disbursements that are reimbursable to any accounting firm for services rendered in connection with the Statement on Auditing Standards (SAS) 100, Interim Financial Information (“SAS 100”), review of the Company interim financial statements as contemplated by Section 5.20 hereof or in connection with the FASB Interpretation 48, Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes (“FIN 48”), review and analysis conducted pursuant to Section 5.13 hereof.
