Accessory Structures definition

Accessory Structures mean a facility used to house Licensee’s Facilities as depicted in the Site Plan as defined herein. Accessory Structures include those facilities to be constructed by Licensee or Licensor in connection with this Agreement.
Accessory Structures means a structure having a use incidental to that of the main building, attached to it or located on the same premises.
Accessory Structures means any storage unit, patio cover or enclosure, awning, attachments to a Park Model or Recreational Vehicle, stub wall, or other improvements of Lots as specified in the Rules.

More Definitions of Accessory Structures

Accessory Structures means the low cost buildings such as detached garages, boathouses, small pole barns, storage sheds and duck camps which are not used for permanent human habitation.
Accessory Structures means structures that are subordinate and supplementary to the predominate use of the parcel, be it agricultural, residential, or a combination thereof.
Accessory Structures means those areas and buildings around a rental dwelling which provide space for amenities and facilities, including but not limited to storage buildings, garages, carports, recreation areas, recreation buildings, laundry rooms, and refuse collection facilities.
Accessory Structures means low cost buildings such as detached garages, boathouses, small pole barns and storage sheds, not to be used for human habitation, shall be constructed and placed on the building site so as to offer minimum resistance to the flow of floodwaters; shall be anchored to prevent floatation which may result in damage to other structures; service utilities such as electrical and heating equipment shall be elevated or flood-proofed.
Accessory Structures means and refer to other structures or improvements in addition to an Outbuilding such as dog kennels and runs, tennis courts, in ground pools and pool houses.

Accessory Structures include those facilities constructed or to be constructed by Licensee or Licensor in connection with this Agreement. Accessory Structure or Accessory Structures shall include Pre-existing Accessory Structure and Pre-existing Accessory Structures, and, unless expressly stated elsewhere within this Agreement, all terms and conditions of this Agreement which are applicable to Accessory Structure or Accessory Structures shall also be applicable to Pre-existing Accessory Structure and Pre-existing Accessory Structures.

Related to Accessory Structures

  • Accessory structure means a structure that is accessory and incidental to a dwelling located on the same lot.

  • Accessory Structure (Appurtenant Structure means a structure located on the same parcel of property as the principal structure and the use of which is incidental to the use of the principal structure. Garages, carports and storage sheds are common urban accessory structures. Pole barns, hay sheds and the like qualify as accessory structures on farms, and may or may not be located on the same parcel as the farm dwelling or shop building.

  • Accessory building or structure means any portable, demountable or permanent structure,

  • Accessory use means a use which is incidental and subordinate to the principal use of the parcel of land on which it is located.

  • Existing structure means any structure that is installed or approved for installation at the time a wireless services provider or wireless infrastructure provider provides notice to a locality or the Department of an agreement with the owner of the structure to co-locate equipment on that structure. "Existing structure" includes any structure that is currently supporting, designed to support, or capable of supporting the attachment of wireless facilities, including towers, buildings, utility poles, light poles, flag poles, signs, and water towers.

  • Soil structure means the arrangement of primary soil particles into compound particles, peds, or clusters that are separated by natural planes of weakness from adjoining aggregates.

  • Accessory Building means a detached building or structure, not used for human habitation that is subordinate to the primary use of the same property.

  • Firearm accessory means a device specifically designed or adapted to enable an individual to wear, carry, store, or mount a firearm on the individual or on a conveyance and an item used in conjunction with or mounted on a firearm that is not essential to the basic function of the firearm. The term includes a detachable firearm magazine.

  • Accessory equipment means any equipment associated with the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility, including but not limited to cabling, generators, fans, air conditioning units, electrical panels, equipment shelters, equipment cabinets, equipment buildings, pedestals, meters, vaults, splice boxes, and surface location markers.

  • Support Structure means an existing or new structure that supports or can support a mobile service facility, including a mobile service support structure, utility pole, water tower, building, or other structure.

  • Structures means an elevated road or a flyover, as the case may be;

  • Accessory apartment means a self-contained residential dwelling unit with a kitchen, sanitary facilities, sleeping quarters and a private entrance, which is created within an existing home, or through the conversion of an existing accessory structure on the same site, or by an addition to an existing home or accessory building, or by the construction of a new accessory structure on the same site.

  • Water control structure means a structure within, or adjacent to, a water, which intentionally or coincidentally alters the hydraulic capacity, the flood elevation resulting from the two-, 10-, or 100-year storm, flood hazard area limit, and/or floodway limit of the water. Examples of a water control structure may include a bridge, culvert, dam, embankment, ford (if above grade), retaining wall, and weir.

  • Historic Structure means any structure that is:

  • Occupied structure means any building, vehicle, or other place suitable for human occupancy or

  • Systems and Equipment means any plant, machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, security, or fire/life/safety systems or equipment, or any other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment for the Property.

  • Train Unloading Infrastructure means train unloading infrastructure reasonably required for the unloading of iron ore from the Railway to be processed, or blended with other iron ore, at processing or blending facilities in the vicinity of that train unloading infrastructure and with the resulting iron ore products then loaded on to the Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port.   • Accessory dwelling unit means a habitable living unit added to, created within, or detached from a primary single-family dwelling and contained on one lot.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Residential structure means a premises used or intended to be used for a residence purpose and related facilities appurtenant to the premises, used or intended to be used, as an adjunct of residential occupancy.
