Aboriginal Party definition

Aboriginal Party means an Aboriginal Organization that is a Party.
Aboriginal Party means a party, other than the GNWT, to the intergovernmental agreement referred to in section 4.3.
Aboriginal Party has the meaning given to that term in the Cultural Heritage Act. Agreement means this agreement.
