A-2 Certificates. The Certificates designated as “Class 2-A-2” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
A-2 Certificates. The Certificates designated as “Class 3-A-2” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Class 3-A-2-L Regular Interest: The uncertificated undivided beneficial interest in REMIC II which constitutes a REMIC II Regular Interest and is entitled to distributions as set forth herein.
A-2 Certificates. All Certificates bearing the Class designation of "Class 2-A-2 Certificates" representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and representing (i) a regular interest in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions and (ii) the right to receive its related Net WAC Rate Carryover Amount.

  • The amount paid by the Guarantor will be used to pay down the remaining Class Principal Amounts of, and any unpaid interest on, the Class A-1 and Class A-2 Certificates.
